Walk into any classroom at Akoto Dalizu Premier Academy and you will notice something immediately — light. Our classrooms are fitted with large windows that allow abundant natural light and fresh air to flow freely through every learning space.

At a time when reading culture in many schools is declining, ADPA has invested in a school library that is stocked, accessible, and genuinely used. We believe that a child who reads widely reads the world — and that the habit of reading, cultivated early, is one of the most powerful gifts an education can give.

Our library provides:

• A curated collection of books across all age groups and learning areas — fiction and non-fiction, reference materials, storybooks, and CBC-aligned resources
• A quiet, welcoming space for independent reading, research, and study
• Structured library time timetabled into the school week — so that visiting the library is a regular habit, not an occasional treat
• Reading culture initiatives — reading challenges, recommended reading lists, and activities that make books exciting and accessible to every learner
• Accessibility for all levels — from our youngest PP1 learners discovering picture books, to our Grade 9 learners conducting research for CBC projects

The ADPA library is not a room of dusty shelves. It is a living, active space — a place where curiosity is fed, imagination is stretched, and the love of learning is quietly, powerfully cultivated.

A well-fed child learns better. This is not opinion — it is biology. Hunger impairs concentration, reduces energy, and makes it almost impossible for a child to engage fully in learning. At ADPA, we refuse to let hunger be a barrier to education.

Our dining hall serves freshly prepared meals twice a day — and it is one of the features our parents appreciate most about choosing ADPA.

The state of a school’s toilet facilities tells you a great deal about how much it values its learners. A child who has access to clean, safe, and appropriately designed ablution facilities is a child who feels respected — and who is more likely to stay healthy, attend school regularly, and focus on learning.
